About the process

What to expect:

Before the first session, you will receive a few questionnaires to complete.

The first session focuses on assessment and clarifying your goals. Together, we establish the direction of the therapeutic process.

We work step by step on the difficulties that are important to you.

We periodically discuss progress and adjust the goals.

On average, therapy lasts 10-20 sessions, depending on each person's needs and pace.
